He retired from KPMG Taiwan effective on March 31, 2020. He provided services in auditing, accounting, tax, internal control, IPO advisory, and climate change and sustainability consultation when he was a partner at KPMG. He was the Chairman of the Taiwan CPA Association from 2015 to 2018 and has also served as the Chairman of the Taiwan AML Association. Currently, Charles is the Chairman of the Taiwan Impact Investing Association. Pioneering Impact Investing in Taiwan: The Journey of the Taiwan Impact Investment Association (TIIA) The TIIA, through its bi-monthly forums and annual international conferences, has introduced international impact investing concepts, shared international standards and best practices, and showcased global case studies in Taiwan. By benchmarking these against domestic developments, the TIIA has provided valuable insights for future growth. The second term of the TIIA’s board and supervisors will continue to uphold the association’s mission by building upon the successful models and activities established during the previous term. They aim to promote impact investing principles, introduce international best practices, and align with the core values of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), placing greater emphasis on thematic exploration. Globally, impact investing is gaining momentum and has evolved into a mainstream trend. It not only delivers financial returns but also addresses pressing social and environmental challenges, paving the way for a better future for humanity. The association hopes that more individuals and organizations will focus on and actively engage in impact investing, working together to build a more sustainable and equitable world.

陳一強 Ray Chen

陳一強 Ray Chen 曾任管理顧問合夥人，自2007年起投身台灣社會創新創業運動，協助輔仁大學創立台灣第一個社會公益創業研究計劃，隨後加入若水國際，之後共同發起創辦活水影響力投資 (2014年)、台灣B型企業協會 (2016年) ，共同發起台灣影響力投資協會(2020年)，匯聚金控／銀行／資管／私募／創投，連結國際生態系，推動「引領市場資本、共創永續價值（Private Capital, Public Good）」。亦任活水影響力投資總經理，投資環境科技、永續食農與包容經濟等領域。 Ray is the Co-founder and President of B Current Impact Investment, Taiwan's first impact VC fund, launched in 2014. B Current bridges social entrepreneurs and ESG/impact investors, focusing on climate tech, sustainable food, healthy living, and an inclusive economy aligned with the SDGs. He also co-founded Taiwan's first Research Initiative on Social Entrepreneurship (2007), B Lab Taiwan (2016), and the Taiwan Impact Investing Association (TIIA, 2020). Previously, Ray was a partner at a Big 4 consulting firm in Taiwan.

Michiru Toda 戶田滿

Michiru Toda Chief of the Impact Economy Lab, Japan Social Innovation and Investment Foundation (SIIF) / Secretariat Lead, GSG Impact Japan Michiru serves as Chief of the Impact Economy Lab at SIIF and Secretariat Lead for GSG Impact JAPAN. A leading voice in Japan’s impact ecosystem, he bridges micro-level practical experience—spanning outcome-based financing and impact VC (SIIFIC Wellness Fund)—with macro-level market insights to drive a systemic shift toward an impact economy. At SIIF, he fosters cross-sectoral collaboration among businesses, investors, policymakers, and global partners through initiatives like the Impact Consortium. He is the principal author of Japan’s flagship impact investing reports and a key driver of policy advocacy. As Head of the SIIF Impact Journey Sherpa initiative, he brings a humanistic lens to global impact spaces, integrating systems thinking, empathy, and inner transformation as a storyteller. Prior to SIIF, Michiru was with the International Labour Organization (ILO HQ, Geneva), contributing to the Centenary Future of Work Initiative and serving on the Secretariat of the Global Commission on the Future of Work. He also supported the ILO’s G7/G20 engagements as a trusted speechwriter for the Deputy Director-General for Policy. Earlier, he led global marketing and market intelligence across India and Japan within the Omnicom Group and FUJIFILM, supporting tech and pharmaceutical industries.

Leslie Zambelli Sustainable Investment Director, Schneider Electric / Director, Schneider Electric Energy Access Asia (SEEAA) As Director of Schneider Electric Energy Access Asia (SEEAA), a €20.9M impact fund, Leslie Zambelli leads investments in early-stage climate and clean energy ventures across the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2025, Leslie has also served as Sustainable Investment Director for Schneider Electric at Group level, driving strategy, governance, and the scaling of global impact and sustainable investment platforms. Leslie brings more than 15 years of experience across corporate climate investing, energy transition, and sustainable finance. Throughout Leslie's career, Leslie has built extensive expertise in fundraising, investment committee governance, portfolio construction, ESG and impact management, and post-investment value creation. Committed to advancing climate and energy access solutions at scale, Leslie collaborates across the investment ecosystem to support innovative ventures, strengthen impact outcomes, and mobilize capital toward a more sustainable and inclusive future. Through Schneider Electric's impact investing activities, Leslie aims at bridging the gap between capital and climate innovation, enabling entrepreneurs to grow solutions that deliver both environmental and social value. Leslie holds a Master in Finance and Management Strategy from ESSEC Business School, and another Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.

Tomoya Shiraishi 白石智哉

He serves as a Board Member of GSG Impact Japan, Chairperson of the Market Building Sub-committee of Japan's Impact Consortium, and Advisor to the Asia Institute for Impact Management Practice (AIIM). He also serves as Chair of the Expert Committee of the Japanese Government's Council for Dormant Assets Utilization and as an Independent Director and member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee of Envipro Holdings, a listed circular economy company. Mr. Shiraishi pioneered private equity investing in Japan as Head of Private Equity at JAFCO before serving as Japan Representative of Permira, one of the world's leading private equity firms. He later founded Phronesis Partners, where he led investments, corporate transformations, and governance initiatives across a wide range of industries. Today, his work focuses on advancing the impact finance ecosystem in Japan and Asia through market building, impact measurement and management (IMM), corporate governance, and public-private collaboration. He believes that impact should become a common language connecting investors, companies, governments, and society. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University with a Bachelor of Laws.

Takahide Taniwaki 谷脇隆秀

Takahide Taniwaki 谷脇隆秀 Group Executive Officer, SPARX Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Taniwaki is a Group Executive Officer of SPARX Group and has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial and renewable energy industries. He joined SPARX in 2007 and has since held various senior roles, including his current positions as Chairman of SPARX Green Energy & Technology Co., Ltd. and President of SPARX Investment Co., Ltd. (formerly SPARX AI & Technologies Investment Co., Ltd.), overseeing investments in startups and strategic new business initiatives, including a luxury property development project in Niseko, Hokkaido. In 2011, he successfully launched SPARX’s Renewable Energy Infrastructure Fund in partnership with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Before joining SPARX, he founded a start-up company and previously worked at Mizuho Securities and Nomura Securities.

Katy Yung 翁景荃

SFi advises, guides and collaborates with impact driven family offices, asset owners, private investors, and financial services professionals to best position their capital for profit and purpose. Prior to founding SFi, Katy was Director of Investment at HK-based family office RS Group, where she led their transition from a traditional investment portfolio to one that was 100% sustainably invested. In this role, she was actively involved in designing and implementing impact and climate change strategies across asset classes. She started her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited, where she focused on capital raising and M&A transactions across a diverse range of sectors. Katy graduated from Duke University, NC with a Bachelor degree in Economics, Comparative Area Studies.
